How are the wings worn?

A felt-wrapped loop is at the base of each pair of wings. Wear a fitted top with no stretch (the more fitted/structured the more secure) and simply slide the loop between your back and the top. This gives the illusion of them growing straight out of your back without any unattractive/uncomfortable straps. If you do prefer straps feel free to reach out with your order or attach your own to the same loop. Our Faerie Wing Care page has visuals and more in-depth instructions.

How long will it take to receive My order?

Each piece is made by hand by artists. A few of the items are listed as ready to ship (like all of the jewellery pieces) so it will be off in the mail in no time. Anything that is being made custom requires a few weeks to be made before it will be sent to you, but your patience will be worthwhile!

How do the customs work?

The customisable items in the shop will have a pop-up after you click “Add to Cart” that will have all of the standard options available like colour, material, etc. Simply select from the drop-down menu to make each piece your own. If you have an idea for something not listed feel free to reach out through our contact form or Instagram DMs and we might be able to make something special for you.
